About me

I decided to leave the financial sector to follow my dream of becoming a Holistic Therapist.

I qualified as a Swedish Masseuse over 20 years ago and since that time I have undertaken much studying to become a qualified advanced Reflexologist, attaining the highest City & Guilds qualification at Level 3. I have also further qualified as an Indian Head Masseuse and a Reiki I & II healer.

Two years ago I had an incredible experience after taking part in a Yoga Nidra class in the UK and from that time onwards, I decided to take an intensive teacher training course overseas. I have now completed my studies to become a qualified Yoga Nidra Practitioner and can now share this beautiful experience with you too.
